Most orders will be processed in 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location but shipping times are typically between 3-7 days. USPS IS OUR PREFERED SHIPPING METHOD. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to be able to track all shipping updates.

 

Please make sure all of your information is correct to ensure that this is a smooth process.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Please note, earrings are excluded due to hygienic reasons.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return the item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date.  We do not give refunds for any purchases.  We will gladly exchange an item within 14 days of your purchase.

The item(s) must be unworn and in salable condition. In addition, the item must be sent back in its original packaging.

Any returns sent after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

The shipping cost of the return is the sole responsibility of the customer as we do not cover return shipping costs.
